These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") govern your use of the pak335 platform, accessible at https://pak335.cam (hereinafter "the Platform", "pak335", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific promotion or bonus terms that may be published from time to time.
pak335 is an English-language online gaming information and betting platform operated for Pakistani users and international audiences. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets, live casino, slots, table games and related gaming products. pak335 does not hold a gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. The Platform operates under its operator's applicable international license(s). For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
The Platform is strictly available to adults only. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction, to register and use pak335. The Platform employs age-verification mechanisms as part of its KYC process. Any User found to have misrepresented their age will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. pak335 reserves the right to restrict or block access from any jurisdiction at any time and without prior notice.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per person, per household or per device are strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds held therein.
Accounts must be used exclusively by the registered Account holder. Allowing third parties to access your Account, operate bets on your behalf, or use your credentials is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure.
To access wagering features, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including, but not limited to, a valid email address, mobile number, date of birth, and full legal name. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility. pak335 will never request your password through any communication channel. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].
pak335 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) false or misleading information has been provided; (b) there is suspected fraud, collusion or bonus abuse; (c) a User is found to be in a Prohibited Territory; or (d) any other breach of these Terms is identified. Users may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support.
pak335 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with the Operator's AML compliance obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, at any point during account use, or before a withdrawal is processed.
Typical documents that may be requested from Pakistani users include:
Documents must be uploaded only through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. Never send identity documents via unencrypted email, public messaging apps or to any third-party channel. Do not alter, crop, obscure or falsify documents — doing so may constitute a criminal offence under Pakistani law.
Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in the suspension of deposit, wagering or withdrawal functions until verification is completed satisfactorily.
The deposit methods available on pak335 are determined by the Operator and may vary by user location. Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be displayed on the Platform as contextual references. These references do not constitute a formal partnership, endorsement or guarantee that those payment providers support or authorise gambling deposits. Users must confirm available deposit options within their account cashier at the time of transacting.
All account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies are converted at the Operator's prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. No guaranteed exchange rate is offered.
Withdrawals may only be made by Users whose accounts are fully verified under KYC requirements. Withdrawals are processed to payment accounts held in the User's own name only. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will not be processed.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the Operator's review process, the chosen payment method and the User's KYC status. pak335 does not guarantee specific processing times and no implied timeframe should be inferred from any promotional material. Users should check the cashier for current estimated processing windows.
Where a User holds an active bonus, withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are only processed once the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Withdrawing real-money funds before meeting a wagering requirement may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance, in accordance with the specific promotion terms.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per method and per period. Current limits are displayed within the account cashier section. The Operator reserves the right to adjust limits for compliance, fraud prevention or account-standing reasons.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on pak335 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:
Bonus amounts displayed on the Platform — such as "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000" or "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000" — are illustrative examples of the types of promotions the Operator may offer. Actual amounts, rollover multiples, minimum deposits and expiry dates are set by the Operator at the time of each promotion and may change without notice.
Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other users, using automated betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional errors — is prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus balances.
All bets and wagers placed on pak335 are subject to the Platform's betting rules as published and updated from time to time. By placing a bet, you acknowledge acceptance of those rules. In summary:

All content on the pak335 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, data feeds and software — is the property of pak335 and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
The collection, processing and storage of personal data on pak335 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. In summary, pak335 collects personal data necessary for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention and service improvement. Data is not sold to unrelated third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming license, as disclosed during the account registration and verification process. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through pak335's internal complaints procedure by contacting the support team at [email protected]. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the applicable gaming authority or alternative dispute resolution body as specified under the Operator's license.
These Terms do not create any right of action under Pakistani law and nothing herein shall be construed as implying that the Platform is licensed, regulated or supervised by any Pakistani government authority.
pak335 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, Users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated provisions. Users who do not accept the revised Terms should cease using the Platform and contact support to close their account.
